- 5 / 5By w rThere are plenty of new 'craft ' distilleries, but this one is the real thing. Handcrafted truly grain to bottle spirits created from long experience and expertise. The cocktails are great and are not created just to cover up mediocre spirits the way they are at some other places. Here the spirits are world class. The Bistro and Bar bring a touch of classic euro atmosphere out to the countryside and the food and drink are a delicious adventure in quality. On top of that, the setting in a big restored barn is incredible and being able to see the stills and barrels etc as you sit at the bar just completes the picture.November 17, 2016
